Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to head our development team focused on enhancing the UX/UI and integration aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal for the continuous rollout and improvement of our solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of leading development teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the development and integration of UX/UI components on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage continuous rollouts and enhancements of the ServiceNow solution, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all ServiceNow development activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the team.
  • Permanent Resident Card or American Citzenship 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a deep understanding of the platform’s features and capabilities.
  • Proven track record of leading development teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, with the ability to develop complex UI components.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow technologies such as Glide, REST, SOAP, and XML.
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Journey Designer, ITOM, and others.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
